Toshiba Appoints Kerstin Woods as Chief Solutions & Marketing Executive
Toshiba America Business Solutions has announced the promotion of Kerstin Woods to chief solutions and marketing executive, a new role that underscores the company's continued transformation into a cloud, AI and solutions-driven organization.
Woods continues to lead the company's global solutions go-to-market and outbound marketing strategy, aligning product innovation and partner relations to accelerate growth, expand recurring revenue streams and deliver more value to Toshiba's clients and reseller community.
"Kerstin's promotion reflects both her exceptional leadership and the direction of our business," said Larry White, president and CEO, Toshiba America Business Solutions. "She is an instrumental force in advancing our solutions portfolio and modernizing our go-to-market approach — from the evolution of our Elevate Sky platform to increasing AI-driven capabilities across our business. Kerstin brings a unique ability to connect strategy to execution and innovation to revenue."
Woods is vital in shaping Toshiba's transition from a traditional hardware-focused model to a more dynamic, platform-centric business. She leads initiatives spanning cloud solutions, workflow automation, print management and AI-enabled services, while building a more integrated and scalable go-to-market engine across direct and partner channels.
"I'm incredibly proud of the progress we've made as a team and the transformation underway across our business," Woods said. "We have a strong foundation in place, and I'm excited to continue accelerating our strategy — bringing together solutions, marketing and innovation to drive meaningful results for our clients and partners."
Woods offers extensive experience in solutions strategy, outbound marketing and revenue growth within the technology sector. She is recognized for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, scale modern go-to-market models and translate emerging technologies into real-world business impact. With a background in Fortune 500 and start-up companies bridging hardware, software and cloud services, she brings a unique perspective to Toshiba. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and volunteering for Stanford University, interviewing prospective students for her alma mater.
Her appointment signals Toshiba's continued investment in leadership that can drive innovation, expand market relevance and position the company for long-term success in an increasingly digital and AI-powered landscape.
In other news, Toshiba America Business Solutions has promoted two of the company's most accomplished and respected sales professionals, Peter Morisco and Mike Maccabe.
Toshiba Sales Leaders to Bolster Reseller Support
The promotion of Morisco to vice president of national dealer sales (United States) and Mike Maccabe to senior director of Western dealer sales, strengthens support for Toshiba's U.S. reseller channel. The moves further increase the company's focus on federal, state and local government and education (FED/SLED) and national accounts.
Morisco now leads the company's national dealer sales strategy while helping drive revenue growth, broaden dealer recruitment and accelerate performance across Toshiba's independent sales operations. Morisco — who was previously Toshiba's vice president of regional dealer sales, Eastern U.S. — will also oversee initiatives to increase revenue and profitability for Toshiba's FED/SLED and national account segments. Before accepting a position at Toshiba, he held several key executive roles within the business-to-business technology industry.
He additionally holds a bachelor of arts degree from Fordham University. An admirer of the outdoors, Morisco enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Maccabe's increasing role includes leading Toshiba's Western United States dealer sales while managing the region's sales managers to ensure that resellers receive the support they require. Since joining Toshiba as business development manager a decade ago, his duties have expanded accordingly. Most recently serving as Toshiba's director of Western region dealer sales, Maccabe was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand revenue for the company's independent reseller channel across the 27 states comprising Toshiba's Western region.
He possesses a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton. Admired business-to-business editorial outlet, The Cannata Report, appointed Maccabe a 2025 Young Influencer.
"Our salesforce, company leadership and reseller partners all highly value and respect Peter and Mike as professionals and, more importantly, as people," said Steven Sauer, chief revenue officer, Toshiba America Business Solutions. "We're confident they will ensure that Toshiba's reseller partners receive an elite level of support while also expanding our revenue and profitability throughout the United States."
