The Sailor Group Announces Expanded Partnership With Formstack
The Sailor Group Inc. has announced an expanded partnership with Formstack to include the Formstack Forms product to enable web form creation with CRM integration.
With Formstack Forms, dealers can easily build web forms for collecting and instantly adding or enhancing data within AgentDealer.
"We have been partners with Formstack for several years for document generation in our QuoteBuilder and Account Review tools," said Ed Barfield, CEO, The Sailor Group. "As dealers continue to expand their marketing and data-gathering requirements, web form creation and integration is the obvious next step. Now our customers can build dynamic web form pages to capture data directly into AgentDealer."
In other news, The Sailor Group has announced its partnership with Symphonic Source to provide enterprise-level data cleansing and management to The Sailor Group's customers via Symphonic Source's solution, Cloudingo.
Cloudingo is a cloud-based deduplication and data-quality tool customized for Salesforce that cleans and helps make sense of data. With Cloudingo, dealers can eliminate redundancies and consolidate data so business decisions are based on facts, not hunches.
An All-in-One Data Management Platform
- Merge and convert records
- Dedupe import files
- Find and export data
- Transform and update fields
"To be successful with CRM, you have to have 'high user adoption,' and clean data is one of the key factors driving this," Barfield said. "Reps need to trust their CRMs. Having dirty information is a sure way to drive down usage. Our integration of Cloudingo will bring an enterprise-level duplicate/data management tool to our platform and customers. They're going to love it."
In other news, The Sailor Group Inc. has announced the availability of a custom integration with In Time Tec to provide data that will enhance the AgentDealer TCO for MPS tool capabilities within the platform.
The AgentDealer TCO for MPS tool enables dealers to use customer printer fleet usage data collected during site surveys or from DCA audits for comparative pricing scenarios within MPS opportunities. To do that effectively, dealers must maintain a comprehensive list of legacy and currently available OEM print devices with cost-per-page pricing related to those MPS offerings. This can be very time consuming and cumbersome to do and maintain manually.
The Sailor Group's integration with In Time Tec automates this process to automatically maintain and update this data. This allows dealers to create comparative current state versus proposed state printer fleet MPS program pricing from within their CRMs.
"We are very excited by this partnership," Barfield said. "Automating what has been a very manual process makes doing TCO analysis so much easier. And the fact that the integration is maintenance free (updating data as needed) is an ever bigger bonus. Now reps can conduct analysis quickly and easily knowing that they have the latest data to work with."
