For 40 years, The Cannata Report's Annual Dealer Survey has provided the office technology industry with actionable insight into the state of the marketplace, the performance of office technology manufacturers and the evolving challenges — as well as opportunities — confronting independent dealers.

To celebrate four decades of the survey this year, The Cannata Report is thanking the dealers whose candid and invaluable responses have helped drive its success by awarding four survey participants, chosen at random, a monetary gift of $2,025.40.

Survey respondents affiliated with ACDI, LEAF Commercial Capital, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, U.S. Bank or Xerox are eligible to receive two complimentary subscriptions to The Cannata Report. All other participants will be emailed PDFs of its Annual Dealer Survey issues upon publication in October and November 2025.

The results of The Cannata Report's Annual Dealer Survey reflect the current state of the office technology industry and determine the winners of the Frank Awards, which honor excellence and innovation in the channel. "What distinguishes the Frank Awards, which we renamed to honor our founder, Frank G. Cannata, is that the dealers who participate in the survey vote for the winners — no one at The Cannata Report influences the outcome of the Frank Awards. Only the dealers who participate in our survey can vote and we greatly appreciate their consideration in selecting the winners."

This year's winners of the Frank Awards will be announced at The Cannata Report's 40th Anniversary Awards & Charities Gala Nov. 13, 2025, at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey.
