The 20 MSP Ranked on SMU Cox Dallas 100 List for Third Year in a Row
The 20 MSP has announced its third appearance on the distinguished SMU Cox Dallas 100 list. Now in its 36th year, the annual honor highlights the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, based on their performance over the past three years. This year's ranking will be revealed at the Dallas 100 Awards Gala on Nov. 19.
Presented by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at the SMU COX School of Business, the Dallas 100 celebrates the resolve and innovative spirit of area entrepreneurs, along with their contributions to job creation and the region's overall economic health.
This year's Dallas 100 criteria follow the award program's historic revenue cap expansion to $250 million, welcoming a broader and more diverse pool of fast-growing companies for consideration and recognition.
"We're honored to be included in the Dallas SMU Cox 100," said Tim Conkle, founder and CEO, The 20 MSP. "Three years in a row, and it's no less humbling. We've seen truly incredible growth over the past few years, and this award shows that what we've been doing has made a real impact. That's all thanks to a team that truly cares about delivering the best possible IT services to all the organizations we serve. I said it last year and will say it again: this award belongs to our entire community. Without them, this wouldn't be possible."
This recognition comes not long after The 20 MSP's landmark 49th acquisition. The 20 MSP implements an M&A strategy that utilizes its growing peer group to facilitate swift, seamless 60- to 90-day roll-ups. Leadership remains focused on sustaining this momentum, with additional strategic initiatives already underway alongside the company's continued strong organic growth.
"We're better together," Conkle said, repeating a phrase he's been adamant about ever since the start of The 20 MSP's ambitious M&A journey. "And with every roll-up we get a little bigger, a little stronger, and a little better. Our industry continues to grow at an unprecedented speed. We want to be the ones at the front of that growth, providing our clients with reliable support and the roadmap to what's next. It's not easy, but that's what makes it worth it."
With a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, The 20 MSP has laid the groundwork for continued expansion, targeting new markets, including AI consultation, while continuing to build lasting relationships with its current clients.
In other news, The 20 has announced that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Crystal Conkle, chief marketing officer of The 20, a finalist in the Marketing Executive of the Year category of the 2026 CRN Women of the Year Awards.
The recognition honors Conkle's leadership and impact in building The 20's brand, driving demand and helping position the company as one of the most recognized organizations in the MSP channel.
As CMO, Conkle leads The 20's marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, events and executive thought leadership. Her work has played an integral role in supporting the company's continued growth while expanding its reach and visibility among MSPs, technology partners and businesses across the country.
Over the past year, Conkle has continued to evolve The 20's approach to marketing, with an emphasis on creating meaningful connections between brand and business growth. From expanding the company's flagship VISION and SUMMIT events to strengthening its digital presence and thought leadership, she has helped build a marketing strategy designed to create demand, deepen engagement and differentiate The 20 in an increasingly competitive market.
Her impact extends beyond The 20. Conkle has become an active voice and advocate within the IT channel, speaking on marketing, leadership, AI and enterprise value while championing greater visibility and opportunities for women in technology. In 2026, she was named to CRN's Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Providers list and received GTIA's Advancing Women in Technology Leadership Award.
"Crystal has completely changed what marketing means at The 20," said Tim Conkle, founder and CEO, The 20. "She understands that great marketing isn't just about getting attention. It has to create trust, drive growth and make the business stronger. The brand and position we have in this industry today are a reflection of that. I'm incredibly proud of what she's built and couldn't think of anyone more deserving of this recognition."
This is the fourth annual CRN Women of the Year Awards, which spotlight extraordinary women, companies and allies who demonstrate dedication to advancing the IT industry through their leadership and initiatives each day. The winners of the Women of the Year Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala on Dec. 8, 2026, in New York City.
"The finalists for the CRN Women of the Year Awards represent some of the most accomplished and influential leaders across the IT channel," said Jennifer Follett, vice president of U.S. content and executive editor at CRN, The Channel Company. "Their accomplishments reflect the talent, determination, and forward-thinking approach that continue to strengthen our industry. We are honored to recognize their achievements and celebrate the meaningful impact they are making throughout the industry."
