TD SYNNEX Elevates StreamOne With New Commerce & Security Capabilities

As part of its commitment to innovation and customer growth, TD SYNNEX is introducing several new powerful, customer-centric capabilities for StreamOne, its global cloud platform. These features further solidify StreamOne as the ultimate destination for XaaS innovation, empowering partners to grow and scale in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

"StreamOne is more than just a marketplace — it is where all clouds meet," said Sergio Farache, chief strategy and technology officer, TD SYNNEX. "It is a complete platform that includes a marketplace function, and also adds functionality to enable a seamless, end-to-end journey for any user, at any level. By unifying and standardizing all vendor systems into a single, consistent format, we are increasing efficiency and reducing complexity for partners, ultimately empowering them to focus on driving growth through increased digitalization of their business."

With comprehensive hyperscaler coverage, the new platform capabilities unlock efficiencies and opportunities for partners of all sizes. StreamOne commerce API enables headless commerce, making it possible to add TD SYNNEX products to partner-built marketplaces and extend ordering and full order management for customers. StreamOne PSA Connectors easily connect platform data with professional services automation (PSA) software, providing differentiated functionality such as billing reconciliation. StreamOne provides its users with the ability to integrate best-of-breed tools via its open API architecture, allowing them to scale and automate processes. Additionally, StreamOne uniquely provides real-time synchronized reporting on infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) consumption, enabling partners to bill continuously throughout the month rather than waiting until month end. The robust IaaS visibility enables unique FinOps capabilities, including detailed consumption reporting and advanced cost optimization tools.

Another key feature offered through the platform are the white-label storefronts which provide partners with a prebuilt marketplace to extend the commerce and capabilities of StreamOne to customers, all under their own brand, and without deployment or maintenance costs.

StreamOne is also capable of providing marketplace syndication, simplifying procurement processes for hyperscaler catalogs, starting with Microsoft Azure and AppSource SaaS solutions. This feature will be exclusively showcased for the first time at Microsoft Ignite, to be held Nov. 18-21. TD SYNNEX is also piloting its Security Operations (SecOps) solution that will provide partners with a more comprehensive view of their SMB customers' Azure security postures. Currently available as a limited release to select partners, the SecOps functionality will provide an all-in-one view to detect potential threats, standardize deployment of security policies across customers, and recommend products to fill security gaps. Full general availability of the SecOps solution is planned for 2025.

"StreamOne checks every box as far as being easy to use for both me and my team, increasing our ability to work efficiently," said Andre Dowding, managing partner, Net Intellect, a TD SYNNEX customer. "Specifically, being able to see accurate, real-time changes reflected through the new enhanced PSA integration has been tremendously helpful for our business."

StreamOne is a fully global platform with new capabilities available instantaneously across all regions and has empowered more than 30,000 partners to drive digital transformation. The platform's ongoing enhancements, including AI-powered tools and expanded security features, are supported by TD SYNNEX's commitment to providing the enablement and programs necessary for partners to thrive in the evolving technology market.

In other news, TD SYNNEX has announced the appointment of industry veteran Tanuj Raja as senior vice president of North America hyperscaler and marketplace. The company now has more than 8,000 North American resellers transacting cloud consumption and SaaS sales through its StreamOne platform, with more than 500 of those having integrated StreamOne with their primary PSA platforms, such as ConnectWise and Autotask. The StreamOne Marketplace catalog has expanded threefold in the last year, featuring a diverse array of solutions from established vendors to emerging startups collaborating with TD SYNNEX to enhance their channel reach. TD SYNNEX continues to invest its digital capabilities and is preparing to announce several new powerful, customer-centric capabilities for its global cloud platform that will empower partners to grow and scale in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

StreamOne is integrated with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplace for fulfillment through Private Offer. Notably, third-party software sales through these private offers have increased by more than 500% year-to-year from 2023 to 2024. TD SYNNEX also offers SaaS expand syndication features which simplify onboarding in the TD SYNNEX platforms, optimize go-to-market investments, and accelerate speed to market by leveraging strategic hyperscaler relationships and an extensive partner ecosystem. Reselling partners benefit from simplified procurement and full access to all Marketplace Listings through the comprehensive StreamOne platform.
