Stramaglio Consulting has announced Sharp Electronics Corp. USA's commitment to the Heroes In Transition (H.I.T.) veteran hiring program by signing a letter of intent (LOI). This initiative, spearheaded by the 2024 Executive Connection Summit (ECS2024) Tiger Team, aims to enrich the imaging industry by integrating military veterans into the workforce seamlessly.

The H.I.T. program, aptly named "Heroes In Transition," is dedicated to leveraging the unique skills, dedication and leadership that veterans bring to the table. Through a robust infrastructure, the program ensures seamless access to the military talent pipeline, facilitating full-time, direct and contract-to-hire placements. It's not just about hiring; it's about creating a nurturing ecosystem where veterans can thrive, featuring resource groups within the industry.

Chris Johnson of Sharp Electronics, an U.S. Army veteran who is leading the program, expressed his immense pride in the initiative.
