Sharp Corp. Names Tetsuji Kawamura President and Executive Officer, CEO
Sharp Corp. has announced the following personnel changes effective April 1, 2026.

Masahiro Okitsu will be appointed as representative director, deputy chairman as of April 1, and is scheduled to retire from director due to end of term as of the end of 132nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2026. Tetsuji Kawamura will be appointed as president and CEO as of April 1 and is scheduled to be appointed as representative director by resolution of the 132nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and board members’ meeting to be held in June 2026.
