SalesChain Reports Unprecedented Growth in 2022

SalesChain moved forward in strides in 2022, developing and releasing a variety of upgrades, additions and improvements to its platform over the past year. These updates come as the company continues an upward swing. Some of the progress made this year:

In May 2022, SalesChain released Version 7.09, which included integrations to ConnectWise Manage, Etilize for IT products and RingCentral.

In August 2022, SalesChain released Version 8.0. This update included an industry-first bundled solution selling module, an IT pricing solution and vast improvements to SalesChain's e-automate integration.

In October 2022, SalesChain released Version 8.1, which boasted the addition of a 30-60-90 Forecasting Tool, Business Intelligence and Charting functionality and the release of SalesChain's TCO/MPS Beta program.

In November 2022, SalesChain released Version 8.2. Included in this update was a Saved Queries functionality, NASPO Pricing Logic for quoting and proposal building, and the ability to import quotes to SalesChain's IT Pricing Tool.

In February 2023, SalesChain released Version 8.3, one of the software provider's largest updates in its 21-year history. SalesChain Version 8.3 included a used equipment selling desk, Microsoft Azure Single-Sign-On compatibility and widespread interface upgrades.

In addition, SalesChain onboarded more customers in 2022 and noted that $1.3 billion worth of orders were processed through its platform in the calendar year. A succession plan is in place, with the addition of second-generation Client Success Manager Matthew Szczygiel.
