SalesChain Announces Integration With Salesforce.com

SalesChain has announced a new API integration with Salesforce.com. This development allows Salesforce.com users to seamlessly access SalesChain's CPQ, Quote to Cash and Leasing platforms directly from their Salesforce.com environment.

This marks the first time ever that SalesChain's tools are accessible to users of a third-party CRM. Until now, there was no possible connection between SalesChain and Salesforce.com. Dealers had to choose one or the other: SalesChain's CRM platform or Salesforce.com's.

This integration enables a dealership's sales efforts to stay connected in Salesforce.com, with all the relevant workflows and integrations your sales team knows and loves. When you're ready to build a deal, click SalesChain's "start a quote" button and SalesChain's CPQ tools open as a tab within Salesforce.com. Quotes, lease docs, approvals and e-signatures flow from one place, SalesChain, in one streamlined process, and report back to Salesforce.com.

"This marks a bit shift in philosophy for us," said Tim Szczygiel, president, SalesChain. "We've been sort of an all-or-nothing system for 20-plus years, asking our customers to use our tools exclusively. We realize now that we have to be open to more integration and collaboration in the space. We believe that dealers should have access to the tools that power growth and productivity, no matter what CRM they use. This integration with Salesforce.com is about making SalesChain more accessible, so more dealers can streamline their operations and scale with confidence."

This development underscores SalesChain's ongoing commitment to office technology dealers and their evolving needs. By making its automation tools accessible from Salesforce.com, SalesChain empowers more businesses than ever to benefit from a cohesive and powerful sales enablement ecosystem.
