Proven IT Expands Its Presence With Acquisition in Colorado
BTA member Proven IT has announced its acquisition of Professional Document Solutions LLC (PDS), a distributor and service provider based in Colorado. This strategic acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Proven IT, as it continues to broaden its footprint and strengthen its position to support clients nationwide.
The acquisition of PDS will allow Proven IT to empower organizations in Colorado with proven solutions to drive their success. This strategic alliance will expand Proven IT's managed IT and managed print service to a broader customer base. The transaction is expected to significantly enhance PDS's operational capacity, innovation capabilities and overall market reach.
"We are thrilled to welcome PDS into the Proven IT family," said John Cosich, president and CEO, Proven IT. "This acquisition allows us to strategically enter the Colorado market, and we are excited about the possibilities that will come from combining our resources, expertise and customer-focused approach. The synergy between our companies will deliver even greater value to our clients and help us continue our mission of providing exceptional client experience.
"Most importantly, the cultural fit between our two businesses is a key factor in this acquisition," Cosich continued. "Both Proven IT and PDS share a commitment to exceptional customer service, a dedication to quality and an employee-rich culture, making this partnership a natural and seamless fit. We're excited to combine our like-minded cultures and create an even stronger, unified team moving forward."
PDS has a strong reputation in the print management industry in Colorado with a strong partnership with Xerox. Under the leadership of President Troy Tafoya the company has achieved significant success, and Proven IT looks forward to building upon this legacy and fostering continued growth.
"I'm thrilled to be joining the Proven IT team," Tafoya says. "They share my commitment to doing what's right for both our customers and employees. This partnership is a win-win for everyone and a strong step forward for the future of PDS."
The acquisition is expected to be finalized by March 31, with integration planning already underway. Both companies are committed to ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining business continuity and delivering excellent service to clients during the integration process.
As a result of this acquisition, PDS will continue to offer the same high-quality services and products, with expanded offerings and an enhanced support network for customers in Colorado in the future.
