Prosource Announces New Leadership to Drive Strategic Growth Plan
BTA member Prosource has announced the addition of Jay Cartisano as president of the company's imaging and managed print services business and the promotion of Jeff Loeb to president of Prosource Technologies, the company's managed services business. They will be responsible for executing strategies to drive growth across these key business areas and support Prosource's strong position in the market.
"This evolution of our leadership team builds on Prosource's legacy as a high-quality organization that delivers only the best to our customers, while also propelling Prosource into the bright future that lies ahead of us as a regional business technology leader," said Ben Russert, CEO, Prosource. "Jay's deep expertise and experience, along with his track record of success in leading and building businesses in this evolving industry, make him the right person to bring us into the future. I am excited to see him advance our strategic and operating priorities and take the organization to new levels.
"I have had the honor of working alongside Jeff Loeb for nearly 10 years," Russert continued. "Jeff has had a distinguished career in the IT services business and could not be more deserving of this role. I am confident that his character, proven leadership abilities and strategic vision will position us for significant growth and success."
Cartisano brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Prosource, with a focus on sales strategy, operations, finance and service delivery, and a passion for people and team development. He joins Prosource following two decades in senior leadership roles with Connecticut Business Systems, a Xerox Business Solutions Company, where he most recently served as president, growing annual revenues above $100 million while leading eight locations, nine managers and 330 employees.
"I'm excited to join an organization with such a strong reputation as a leader within the dealer community and across the region," Cartisano said. "Prosource is a customer-focused company that is experiencing outstanding year-over-year growth. Its commitment to the development of its employees is exciting and I look forward to collaborating with Prosource's leadership team to make an impact so we can support our customers in innovative ways as the technology industry continues to evolve."
Loeb joined Prosource's executive team in 2013 as senior vice president of technologies following the acquisition of Infitech, the managed services company he co-founded in 1999. Earlier this year, Loeb was named COO. Under his leadership, Prosource Technologies has grown steadily to become a market-leading managed services provider and, in 2021, experienced record growth of nearly 40% — momentum that has continued throughout 2022.
"We have achieved tremendous growth over the last several years and have built a great team that I am very proud of," Loeb said. "They are the best in the industry. I am excited to see what we will accomplish together in the future as we work to help customers protect and power their businesses."
"These moves support our overarching goal to deliver relevant, powerful technology solutions and help our customers leverage technology and our services for a measurable impact on their business," Russert said.
