PrintReleaf Partners With APAN to Bring Sustainability Programs to Commercial Print Industry

PrintReleaf has announced a new partnership with participating regional trade associations within the Americas Printing Association Network (APAN). The partnership will give member companies across these regions streamlined access to PrintReleaf's environmental offset programs, including certified reforestation and carbon offsets, helping them meet growing customer demand for sustainability credentials and sharable positive environmental impact.

APAN is a collaborative network of 14 independent, not-for-profit regional trade associations representing more than 4,100 commercial print companies and suppliers across the United States. Through this partnership, participating APAN regional associations will help connect their members with PrintReleaf, giving commercial printers a straightforward way to adopt the PrintReleaf program and offer verified environmental offset programs to their own customers. Those member printers and their customers also gain access to PrintReleaf's newly redeveloped platform, giving them an easy, intuitive way to track and share their positive environmental impact with customers, turning sustainability into a genuine value-add rather than a box to check.

As brands and agencies increasingly require sustainability commitments from their print vendors, having a credible, verifiable offset program becomes a meaningful differentiator in competitive bids and client relationships, giving print companies a practical business advantage in a crowded market.

"As sustainability becomes a bigger part of how print companies compete for business, having a trusted, established partner like PrintReleaf gives our members a credible resource and a stronger position in every customer conversation," said Andrew Schall, president, Graphic Media Alliance.

PrintReleaf will support the rollout with a series of educational webinars for member companies, starting with a session hosted with Graphic Media Alliance in November. Additional regional webinars will be held in the months ahead.

"Regional associations understand what their members need better than anyone," said Jordan Darragh, founder and CEO, PrintReleaf. "Working alongside them lets us bring practical sustainability tools to the industry, grounded in real member needs and the opportunity for the industry to lead on sustainability."
