Online Mastering HubSpot Program Starts Oct. 2

The Business Technology Association (BTA), Quantum Business Solutions and International Business Products Inc. (IBPI) have joined forces to launch a new online training and community program geared toward office technology dealers and managed service providers (MSPs) — Mastering HubSpot. This free program is designed to help dealers and MSPs leverage HubSpot more effectively to grow their businesses.

The biweekly program will consist of eight 45- to 60-minute sessions that will provide practical HubSpot tips, best practices, feature overviews and growth strategies. Each session will include a 30-minute presentation by Quantum Business Solutions team members and 15 to 30 minutes of interactive conversation to address questions on HubSpot topics. In addition to the live training, participants will gain access to a community forum where they can share insights, best practices and strategies with peers between sessions. The first online training session will be held at 4 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, Oct. 2, via Zoom.

Session highlights include:

  1. HubSpot Foundations — Why HubSpot fuels growth for dealerships and MSPs, CRM setup and sales team engagement
  2. Sales Enablement — Pipeline management, automation and tools to set more appointments
  3. Marketing Automation — Forms and landing pages, email campaigns, lead scoring and nurturing workflows
  4. Closing More Deals — Automated pipelines, reporting and renewal/upsell strategies
  5. Reporting & Dashboards — Metrics that matter for CEOs, sales leaders and marketers
  6. Integrations & Advanced Features — Autodialers, ZoomInfo and ERP/PSA systems, and HubSpot AI tools
  7. Best Practices Roundtable — A collaborative, community-driven exchange of ideas
  8. Scaling & Optimizing — Governance, adoption strategies and taking HubSpot from "basic" to "strategic"

This initiative reflects a shared belief that when the community learns together, everyone grows stronger.
