Miracle Service Version 11 Upgrade Now Available

Miracle Service has announced the latest version of its software is now available. This release includes some highly requested new features that will make your user experience even better. From email tracking to pinned notes and more, this version delivers much anticipated new enhancements.

Email Status Tracking Feature: See the Sent, Delivered, Opened, Bounced and Blocked statuses of emails sent from Miracle Service. Available on these screens: Service Task, Service Billing Invoice, Sales Invoice, Period Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Order and Contracts.  

Pinned Notes: You can now pin your most important customer notes to the top of the list for easy access. Pinned notes always appear on these four screens: Miracle Service Client's Customer Notes, Task Notes, Contract Notes and the Mobile Field Technician Console's Job Notes.

PM Performed – Selectable Equipment: For tasks generated from the PM Call Generation screen, you now have the option to manually select which equipment to apply "PM Performed" when Closing or Rescheduling the Task.

Contract Expense Feature: Service Task Expenses can now be added to Contracts which will autopopulate the customer's specific quantity and pricing on each new Service Task. Great for adding standard expenses like truck charges, report fees, fuel surcharges and more.
