Stramaglio Consulting has announced that Melissa Confalone, president of Fraser Advanced Information Systems, has joined The Breakaway Team, an initiative of The Consortium designed to foster growth, innovation and intergenerational collaboration across the office technology industry.

The Breakaway Team, launched in May 2024, was established to leverage the insights and energy of emerging industry leaders while strengthening dialogue between generations. Since its formation, the team has continued to expand its reach and influence, delivering its third major public presentation at ECS 26.

Confalone brings more than 30 years of experience in the office technology industry, and a proven record of leadership, growth and performance. Since joining Fraser Advanced Information Systems in 2002 as a regional sales manager, she has played a pivotal role in the company's long-term success, advancing through key leadership roles and most recently serving as vice president of sales for six years before becoming president.

Throughout Confalone's career, she has combined front-line sales excellence with executive leadership. Confalone began as an account executive with an independent dealership, quickly rising into roles including major account manager and district sales manager. At Fraser, she led the sales organization to record-setting performance and helped drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth across the company.

In addition, Confalone brings deep industry engagement and a strong commitment to leadership development. She has been recognized by Lehigh Valley Business as one of its Power 100 Executives, named a Top Woman Influencer in the Industry by The Cannata Report, and honored by ENX Magazine as a 2025 Difference Maker. Confalone also serves on the board of directors for the Copier Dealer Association, helping shape the future of the industry through active service and collaboration.
