March 7 BTA Webinar to Focus on Mastering Customer Service Excellence

The tenth webinar in BTA's Diversifying My Business Webinar Series is scheduled for 4 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, March 7. The webinar, "Mastering Customer Service Excellence: A Webinar for Success," will be moderated by Sally Brause, director of human resources consulting at GreatAmerica Financial Services Corp.

Brause, along with panelists Toni Gorveatt, president of Cobb Technologies, and Hunter Woolfolk, co-president of DOCUmation, will share strategies to enhance customer service interactions, improve satisfaction and cultivate lasting relationships

Brause is the director of human resources consulting for GreatAmerica Financial Services Corp. and leads the PathShare HR Services division of GreatAmerica. She has been sharing human resources, sales training and organizational development expertise with technology clients since 2008. Brause is an EOS Implementer, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), has been certified as a compensation professional through World at Work, and holds various sales training facilitation and behavioral assessment certifications. She has a master's degree in organizational leadership and participated in the Wharton School of Business' Leading Organizational Change program.

Panelists:

Toni Gorveatt is president of BTA member Cobb Technologies, Glen Allen, Virginia. She joined Cobb in 1993 as a sales manager and eventually became president in 2009. Under Gorveatt's guidance, Cobb has expanded to six locations and now employs more than 100 "Cobbies." Prior to Cobb, she served as a sales representative and then sales manager for Copy Systems Inc. Gorveatt has been a member of CDA since 1999 and served on its board from 2012 to 2022. She is currently a board member for The Hanover Tavern Foundation and Imprint. In addition to creating an exceptional customer experience for Cobb's clients, Gorveatt is also committed to building a vibrant culture where Cobb's employees can thrive and grow. She works to provide Cobb team members a place they can develop professionally and personally. Gorveatt and her leadership team strive to build career paths for Cobb's team members while offering an environment where they can flourish.

Hunter Woolfolk is co-president of BTA member DOCUmation, focusing on sales and marketing to expand and build the company. He began working at DOCUmation at a young age and joined full time after earning a bachelor's degree in marketing from Abilene Christian University in 2009. As Woolfolk reflects on how much the company has grown since then, he is humbled by the success and is committed to continuing the expansion of the company alongside his brother, Preston. Woolfolk started at DOCUmation as a sales representative and worked hard in the role for seven years, expanding DOCUmation one sale at a time. He lives and breathes the DOCUmation values of "Customer, Character and Community." Woolfolk ensures that the people within DOCUmation align with these values and are driven by success and excellence. He is supported by trusted leaders who share his passion for exceptional and customer-first service.
