Laserfiche has recognized Vibhaw (Vib) Arya, COO for Shufro Rose, an independent wealth management firm based in New York City, New York, with the 2022 Nien-Ling Wacker Visionary Award. Arya is honored for leading the digital-first approach in developing a modern, secure and customer-driven operational model for the wealth management firm.
He is an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience. Overseeing the firm's operational function, Arya has been critical in revolutionizing and digitizing its formerly paper-based operations spanning several mission-critical processes such as client onboarding, money movement and compliance-driven procedures.
A regular speaker at industry conferences such as T3 and the Laserfiche Empower Executive Leadership Summit, and other wealth management operational conferences, Arya seeks to continually improve on the ongoing digital transformation strategy at Shufro Rose, elevating the firm as an industry leader in modern wealth management as a member of the Laserfiche community.
"Vib truly embodies the spirit of vision, foresight and commitment to organization-wide digital transformation within the wealth management industry," said Chris Wacker, CEO, Laserfiche. "Actively working to improve on both the user and customer experience, Vib has the qualities that are at the core of what the Nien-Ling Wacker Visionary Award celebrates. Congratulations."
Laserfiche introduced the Nien-Ling Wacker Visionary Award in 2016 to honor executives who have the foresight and vision to drive transformation throughout their organizations by leveraging Laserfiche enterprise content management (ECM) software.
