  • Reporting — Reports by user or group provide actionable data to help reduce costs
  • Print Policies — Assign group print policies to improve efficiency and save paper

In other news, Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. has announced that Leonie Forristal, CFO, has been featured in this year's Women Influencers edition of The Cannata Report.

The ninth-annual Women Influencers issue of The Cannata Report acknowledges, promotes, and recognizes women who make an essential contribution to the document solutions industry. Forristal is also featured in a special video released by The Cannata Report as part of the latest issue. Editor Scott Cullen says that the trio featured in the video spotlight are all CFOs, "marking the first time the women profiled in our Women Influencers issue have held the same position." The video is available to watch here.

"Being appointed CFO of Kyocera immediately put Leonie Forristal on our radar, and her fresh perspectives and forward-thinking strategies solidified her as one of our 2022 Women Influencers," said CJ Cannata, president and CEO, The Cannata Report. "Even though she is 'new' to document solutions, she has made an immediate impact throughout the channel. Her leadership is helping transform the industry."

"I feel honored to be recognized by The Cannata Report as someone who influences others in a positive way," Forristal said. "Kyocera is a people-centric organization, and I am grateful to have been given the opportunity and platform to work with amazing professionals on a daily basis, and to be able to use my experience to add value to the team. It's the team ethos that is open for all to see, and makes Kyocera such a great place to work."

"Having a professional with the caliber of Leonie in the position of chief financial officer during what has been a turbulent and challenging few years for everyone has been huge," said Óscar Sánchez, president and CEO, Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. "Leonie was new to the industry when she joined, but her breadth and variety of experience and expertise has been a fantastic addition to the organization.

"Leonie has brought great leadership skills to the table during this complex period and this feature by The Cannata Report reflects this," Sánchez continued. "It is well-deserved recognition and we are proud to have Leonie as part of our team as we build toward an exciting future."

The report details Forristal's educational and professional background, as well as her passion for bringing together the right people. In the issue, she sheds light on how she established a financial planning and analysis team from scratch when she joined the company in December 2020 and the positive impact this has had on Kyocera's operations.

Despite the current climate of uncertainty across the globe, Forristal is ambitious when looking ahead to the future from a Kyocera perspective.

"We're certainly not stagnant, and we're looking at opportunities and addressing issues," she said. "We're always looking for continuous improvement."
