Kyocera employees who participated in the Great Place To Work's Trust Index survey used words like "people," "philosophy," "team" and "family" to describe what makes Kyocera a great workplace.

Furthermore, 88% of Kyocera employees surveyed said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company; 89% said they are able to take time off from work when they think it's necessary; 83% said they are proud to tell others they work here; and 82% said they feel they make a difference here. "Receiving the Great Place To Work certification for a third year in a row, during a period of such great uncertainty in the world, is something that really makes me proud," said Óscar Sánchez, president and CEO, Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. "It once again highlights the professional and personal support we provide each other here, as well as the mutual respect and commitment to doing the right thing that exist within our organization. These values are, in my opinion, what makes the Kyocera family so special."

"At Kyocera, we feel it's our duty to do everything we can to make our organization a Great Place To Work year after year," said Natalie Cumberbatch, vice president of human resources, Kyocera Document Solutions America Inc. "The human element of Kyocera is vitally important. We pride ourselves as a people-driven organization and, as the results of this year's survey show, our people feel supported, respected and part of a team.
