Katun Corp. has announced it has received the prestigious Customer Service of the Year award for the second consecutive year at the 2026 Recycler Awards, held on May 21 in Dortmund, Germany.

In addition, Katun's parent company, General Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. (GPI), was also honored with the Supplier of the Year award, further highlighting the global organization's strong reputation for quality, service and industry leadership.

The annual Recycler Awards recognize achievement, innovation and contribution in the imaging supplies and remanufacturing industry, bringing together leading companies and professionals from across Europe. Katun's recognition as Customer Service of the Year for the second consecutive year highlights its strong commitment to delivering reliable, responsive support across a wide geographic region and its continued focus on dealer partner success.

The Recycler Awards are unique within the industry because winners are selected through voting by imaging industry professionals and the general public. This year, the awards received more than 45,000 votes across all categories.
