IBPI has announced Intermedia Cloud Communications has partnered with the buying group to offer dealer members an opportunity to enter into a massively growing market — cloud communications and collaboration solutions.
As a new IBPI vendor, Intermedia offers the office technology dealer channel an easy on-ramp into managed IT, with its highly reliable, secure, all-in-one cloud communications platform being a fundamental component of the modern office workspace, combined with their unique partner program that enables dealers to capture valuable top-line MRR as a customer ownership reseller or sell as an agent. With businesses continuing to transition to more permanent remote and hybrid work models, they are switching from inflexible and costly on-premise business phone systems to mobile and versatile cloud communications solutions. Intermedia has helped a growing number of office technology dealers add cloud communications and collaboration products to their portfolios. Delivered through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model, these solutions, coupled with Intermedia's comprehensive sales, training, marketing, onboarding, technical and billing support, are providing office technology dealers with a new and significant source of monthly recurring revenue.
