Crexendo has announced it has been recognized with 13 new badges in G2's 2023 Winter Reports. It earned 23 badges overall. Typically, as an organization grows, it is customary for review scores to dip a bit as more customers chime in with their opinions. However, in Crexendo's case, its rating has remained the same, a near-flawless 4.9 out of five stars.

G2.com is considered the world's largest and most trusted software marketplace. Currently, it sits at 80 million annual users, including employees at all Fortune 500 companies. Individuals use the website to make more informed software decisions based on authenticated customer reviews. G2.com has been around for more than a decade and is considered the most reliable marketplace on the web. G2 has values set around performance, entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity and kindness, referred to as PEAK.

G2 has become the gold standard for users to leave reviews about an organization. G2 provides three main quarterly reports: Grid, Index and Momentum. Products in these reports must have a minimum of 10 reviews and five responses from users for each of the results-related questions in the review forum. These ratings may fluctuate as the products are further developed, the sellers grow and users share their opinions about the product or service. New reports are issues for a category when more significant data is compiled.

Badges are also awarded to products based on various metrics, such as Best Results, Best Estimated ROI, Users Most Likely to Recommend and Highest Quality of Support.

Crexendo has grown dramatically in the past several years, and it has surpassed 2.5 million end users. Despite that, it has managed to retain its 4.9/5 star user rating, demonstrating the quality of the product it has produced and how it is received by customers. In G2's Winter Report, Crexendo earned badges in the VoIP and Customer Communications Management categories. Below are the new badges awarded to Crexendo by G2 this quarter.

These badges are the result of users rating Crexendo highly in the VoIP and Customer Communication Management (Contact Center) categories, and it is the fifth quarter in a row that Crexendo has been the number-one High Performer for VoIP (Small Business). However, it is the first time it has achieved "Leader" and "Momentum Leader" in the VoIP category. It is also important to note that while Crexendo has been acknowledged as a high performer in Customer Communications Management, G2 awarded it 11 new badges in this category.
