Forbes Names Canon U.S.A. One of America's Best Employers for Engineers & One of America's Dream Employers for 2027

Canon U.S.A. Inc. has announced it has been named to two 2027 rankings from Forbes, America's Best Employers for Engineers and America's Dream Employers. Both lists were produced in collaboration with Statista.

"Being recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers for Engineers and named one of America's Dream Employers is a tremendous honor, and the credit belongs to our employees," said Amy Newman, senior vice president of administration, Canon U.S.A. Inc. "At Canon, we believe that when we empower our teams with the trust, tools and opportunities to grow, they create the innovations that can help move our industry forward. As technologies reshape how we work, we remain committed to investing in our employees' development and in the future we are building together."

Forbes and Statista identified America's Best Employers for Engineers based on an independent survey of more than 20,000 engineers working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. More than 900,000 evaluations were collected and only the top 200 companies were awarded. This marks the second consecutive year Canon U.S.A. Inc., has been named to the list, following its inclusion in America's Best Employers for Engineers 2026. Canon U.S.A. is listed in the "Semiconductors, Electronics, Electrical Engineering" category.

America's Dream Employers 2027 is based on Forbes and Statista's independent surveys of more than 10,000 U.S. college students, who named the companies they would most like to work, and more than 142,000 employees at companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. More than 266,000 data points gathered over the last three years were considered. Each company's final score combines how frequently it was named as a "dream employer" and the overall willingness to recommend their workplace.

These recognitions reflect Canon U.S.A.'s ongoing efforts to cultivate a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and inspired to grow. From competitive benefits to professional development programs and mentorship opportunities, Canon continues to invest in initiatives that help its people build meaningful, long-term careers. By fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and innovation, Canon aims to empower its teams to shape the future of imaging and technology.
