Delivering fast performance, the DS-C330 and DS-C480W quickly scan two-sided documents at speeds up to 30 pages per minute (ppm)/60 images per minute (ipm), and the DS-C490 delivers brilliant images at higher speeds, scanning two-sided documents at up to 40 ppm/80 ipm. Featuring wireless connectivity and offering a robust solution for managing workflow, the DS-C480W features ScanWay standalone scanning that enables users to scan to a USB flash drive, email or the cloud using the scanner's large, 2.4-inch LCD touch screen, no computer needed.

These remarkably versatile scanners include a 20-page automatic document feeder, making it easy for users to scan in batches. The DS-C330 scans papers of varying sizes up to 8.5-by-120 inches, and the DS-C480W and DS-C490 scan documents of varying sizes up to 8.5-by-220 inches. With a flexible scan path, the scanners allow users to scan documents, receipts, cards and more up to 8.5-by-11 inches in the vertical position and handle longer documents or thicker media including ID cards and passports in the reclined, straight-through position. The scanners include intelligent image adjustments such as automatic cropping and dirt detection. They come equipped with powerful Epson Document Capture Pro software, and TWAIN and ISIS drivers for seamless integration with most document management systems.

The DS-C330 (MSRP $329), DS-C480W (MSRP $419) and DS-C490 (MSRP $519) are available now through authorized CapturePro resellers. They include a one-year limited warranty.

In other news, Epson has announced multiple products have received Red Dot Design Awards, including a coveted "Best of the Best" award, the highest distinction in the Red Dot: Product Design 2023 awards. Epson received Red Dot product design awards for four point-of-sale solutions, two large format professional printer models, one industrial robot, one home theater projector and two Moverio smart glasses models.

The SureLab D570 win marks the fourth time Epson has received a Best of the Best Red Dot award. With a stackable design, businesses can scale and add more printers to keep up with customer demand, and front operation access allows for installation on narrow shelves and counters.
