ECI Software Solutions (ECI) has announced it has been Certified as a 2025 Great Place to Work in seven countries. This marks the seventh consecutive year of recognition in the United States; the fourth straight year in Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Australia; the third straight year in the Netherlands; and a first-time certification in Portugal.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors proven to drive market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. This certification is based on independently administered anonymous employee survey responses.
