BTA member Document Solutions Inc. (DSI) has announced Jocelyn Gorman, previously DSI's executive vice president, as its new president, effective immediately. She has been a pivotal figure in the company's growth, bringing innovative strategies and leadership that have significantly contributed to its success.

In Gorman's 13 years at DSI, she has supported sales teams, developed major accounts and rebranded the company. She co-founded DSI Technologies (DSIT) in 2015, diversifying services to include managed IT, security, VoIP and process automation. As vice president of sales since 2018, Gorman redefined sales territories and compensation plans. She serves on DSI's board of directors and the executive team, as well as on the board of the Parker Center for Family Business at the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management.

Phil Houser will remain as CEO, focusing on strategic direction and supporting Gorman through this transition. This leadership change is part of DSI's succession planning to ensure continued excellence in serving our partners.
