Crystal Conkle & Ciera Cole of The 20 Spotlighted on 2026 Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Provider List
The 20 has announced that CRN has named Crystal Conkle, chief marketing officer (CMO), and Ciera Cole, chief experience officer (CXO), to the 2026 Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Provider list. This honor highlights an elite subset of influential solution provider leaders chosen from the CRN 2026 Women of the Channel list.
This annual CRN list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers and other channel-focused organizations who make a positive difference in the IT ecosystem. The CRN 2026 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to supporting the success of their partners and customers.
The annual Power 80 Solution Provider list honors the most influential women in leadership at some of the country's most prominent IT integrators, managed service providers, value-added resellers and consultants for their channel advocacy and dedication to helping their customers and technology partners thrive.
Cole serves as CXO at The 20, where she spearheads efforts to continuously improve the experience for the company's extensive national network of MSPs. Her work aims at improving member retention, boosting satisfaction and fostering long-term growth — for both the platform and its member MSPs. Cole joined The 20 early in her career and experienced a meteoric rise to executive, a trajectory that reflects the integral role she has played in shaping the company's strategy, service and corporate vision. She earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University while working full-time at The 20, following undergraduate studies at Baylor University.
Conkle is a dynamic and innovative marketing leader with two decades of experience crafting strategy, building for scale and cultivating demand. As CMO at The 20, she plays an essential role in driving pipeline and maintaining a clear and highly visible brand identity — creating significant momentum and growth for both The 20 and its national MSP network. A former founder, Conkle understands the mechanics of entrepreneurship, and she combines this experiential knowledge with high-level marketing acumen to position The 20 and its members for success. She holds a bachelor's degree, MBA and MA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
"It's a privilege to celebrate the remarkable achievements of these women who are driving meaningful change across the IT channel," said Jennifer Follett, vice president of U.S. content, and executive editor, CRN, The Channel Company. "Each honoree has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to bold, innovative strategies that fuel transformation, growth and success for their organizations and the broader channel. We're proud to recognize their impact and look forward to seeing how they continue to shape the future of our industry."
"I offer my wholehearted congratulations to Crystal and Ciera for this recognition from CRN," said Tim Conkle, CEO, The 20.
