Coordinated Business Systems Named Winner of 2025 Torch Award for Ethics

The Better Business Bureau Serving Minnesota and North Dakota named BTA member Coordinated Business Systems as the winner of the 2025 Torch Award for Ethics for firms with 100 or more employees.

"Winning the Torch Award for Ethics reinforces what we have believed since day one — that companies can win by doing good," said Kirk Studebaker, president, Coordinated Business Systems. "This honor is not just a celebration of how we work, it is also validation of why we work: to build trust, elevate people and deliver value with integrity."

The Torch Awards for Ethics celebrates businesses that exemplify a steadfast commitment to ethical practices in their interactions with customers, employees and the community. Award winners are evaluated on criteria such as honesty, transparency, integrity and accountability. This award is a testament to Coordinated Business Systems' dedication to fostering trust, promoting fairness and setting the gold standard for integrity in the marketplace.

"We are proud to honor Coordinated Business Systems as a 2025 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics winner," said Susan Adams Loyd, president and CEO, Better Business Bureau Serving Minnesota and North Dakota. "To be named a finalist three times and now receive this award speaks volumes about their deep-rooted commitment to integrity, transparency, and doing what is right — day in and day out. Such leadership inspires trust and sets a shining example of ethical business and customer service for others in the community to follow."

"At Coordinated, one of our core values is to do the right thing, even when nobody is looking — and this recognition is a powerful affirmation of that belief," Studebaker said.
