ConnectWise Announces Strategic Business Management Integrations & Payment Enhancements
ConnectWise has announced a series of key integrations to its suite of business management solutions to enhance customer experiences. Through the ConnectWise Asio platform, powered by artificial intelligence (AI), TSPs can now leverage a wide variety of robust tools in one place designed to reduce inefficiencies, streamline business operations, heighten security, drive rapid innovation and improve payment processes. There are more than 10 new business management solution portfolio integrations unveiled by ConnectWise in 2023 with more to come.
Asio plays a vital role in ConnectWise's vision for a full-scale transformation of the IT channel ecosystem, bringing a series of solutions into one true platform and radically simplifying day-to-day operations for time-pressed TSPs. ConnectWise will outline this vision in-depth at IT Nation Connect 2023, the premiere thought-leadership conference for TSPs, hosted by ConnectWise Nov. 8-10 in Orlando, Florida. The event will serve as the latest milestone in decades of work undertaken by ConnectWise to build out the technology TSPs need to thrive throughout their business journeys.
ConnectWise's business management solutions are being reimagined on the Asio platform with partner experience at the forefront, better enabling TSPs to generate new business while efficiently retaining existing customers. This is made possible through ConnectWise's Professional Services Automation solution (ConnectWise PSA), which permits businesses to automate, standardize and streamline crucial tasks like customer service, cloud billing, and sales and marketing. ConnectWise's Remote Monitoring and Management system (ConnectWise RMM), also powered by Asio, combines software and human-led elements to help businesses manage their tech stack, fill talent gaps and reduce risks through automation.
ConnectWise is also adding to its partners' best-in-class experience through its WisePay integration. By automating the entire quote-to-cash cycle, WisePay simplifies the payment collection process so TSPs can enjoy improved cash flow and accounting simplicity. WisePay's Payment Automation solution empowers TSPs to focus more on core business operations while minimizing the time and effort spent on billing tasks. With a secure and PCI-compliant payment platform trusted globally, TSPs can ensure their customers' information is protected while achieving the necessary cash flow to scale their businesses.
ConnectWise partners can now experience improved business operations through additional new integrations such as:
- ScreenConnect, which offers Remote View into ConnectWise PSA ticketing, so partners can quickly and securely enable phone camera sharing during remote support circumstances for reduced ticket resolution times.
- SmileBack, a client feedback system designed specifically for TSPs, is fully integrated into ScreenConnect, empowers partners to collect customer feedback directly at the end of a remote support session for increased response rates.
- BrightGauge, which provides TSPs real-time dashboards to track their business performance and is now fully integrated into ConnectWise RMM, enables partners to see device availability in real-time and make faster and better-informed business decisions.
