White is the knowledge manager at Avaniko, where she leads the development of customer education and training initiatives for Avanue solutions. Since joining the team in 2017, she has played a key role in helping customers and partners better understand and utilize Avaniko's products. White develops training resources, hosts educational webinars and produces Avaniko's monthly newsletters to keep users informed on new features, updates and best practices. Through her work, White has built a deep knowledge of Avaniko's solutions and is passionate about making complex functionality easier for users to learn, adopt and apply in their day-to-day operations.

Virostek is the manager of client experience at Avaniko, where he leads customer support operations and manages delivery across Avanue-related projects. Since 2020, Virostek has worked closely with dealers in the managed print and imaging industry, supporting day-to-day operations and helping customers navigate SAP Business One and Avanue's solutions. Through his role, Virostek brings a strong understanding of the imaging channel and hands-on knowledge of operational workflows across sales, service, equipment, contracts, meter management and billing.
