The 11th webinar in BTA's Diversifying My Business Webinar Series is scheduled for 4 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, April 11. The webinar, "TAG's Sales Appointment Setting Program — BTA Members Share Their Success & Sales Results," will be moderated by Tori Van Court, director of the Sales Appointment Setting Program at Technology Assurance Group (TAG).

Van Court is director of TAG's Sales Appointment Setting Program. She is responsible for supporting the growth and innovation of TAG's Appointment Setting Program. Van Court's primary responsibility is to oversee the program's daily operation, and develop and track KPIs, while assisting in the recruitment efforts of TAG's business development internship team. She leverages her direct experience with setting appointments to mentor and enhance the productivity of TAG's business development representatives.

Scott Flaherty is director of operations at BTA member Altek Business Systems, Telford, Pennsylvania. His focus is to support Altek's sales, service and internal administration. Flaherty monitors analytics and reporting, ensuring quality and precision. He ensures customers are receiving the best experience possible.

Vince Tarricone has been branch manager at Altek Business Systems' Marlton, New Jersey, office since December 2022. His favorite part about the position is how every day is different, being able to meet and help people with their work environments, and collaborating with his co-workers. Prior to Altek, Tarricone worked in the industry for six years. Prior to that, he managed a pawn shop for nine years.
