BTA member ACP has announced the acquisition of EAC Limited, an apparel and embroidery company based in Denver, Colorado. This is ACP's first significant acquisition in the apparel and promotional items industry, and it will vastly expand its in-house production capabilities.

ACP has made steady progress in developing promotional item offerings in recent years. Recently, it brought in industry veteran Paul Doerrfeld to lead the new division. However, only with the acquisition of EAC Limited has ACP been able to move away from relying on third-party manufacturing, embroidery and branding services.
