ACDI Launches ACE to Help Partners & Customers Access Support Faster

Access Control Devices Inc. (ACDI) has launched ACE, an AI-powered support assistant designed to help partners and customers find answers faster, access helpful resources and take a smarter first step when support questions arise.

ACE, short for ACDI Customer Expert, gives users an easy way to ask common product questions, find documentation, troubleshoot basic issues and get pointed in the right direction before opening a support ticket. When additional help is needed, ACE can help create a support ticket with the conversation history included, giving ACDI's Support team helpful context before they step in.

"ACE represents another step forward in how we support our partners and customers," said Josh Lane, president and CEO, ACDI. "As our portfolio continues to grow, we want to make it easier for users to find answers, access guidance and get the help they need without unnecessary friction. ACE strengthens that experience while keeping the people and expertise of ACDI Support at the center."

Built to support ACDI's growing network of reseller partners and end users, ACE helps simplify the first step of support by giving users a conversational way to search for information and receive guidance. The tool is designed for common how-to questions, product resources, configuration guidance, basic troubleshooting and general direction on where to begin.

"Support questions do not always need to start with a ticket," said Jeremy Pranger, technical support center manager, ACDI. "ACE gives users a faster way to get started, especially when they need quick direction or help finding the right resource. Our support team remains fully available for more advanced situations and ACE helps make that path clearer for everyone."

The launch of ACE reflects ACDI's continued investment in partner enablement, customer experience and smarter access to support resources. By combining digital assistance with ACDI's established support expertise, ACE helps users get answers sooner while allowing the support team to stay focused on complex questions that require deeper technical guidance. ACE is now available to ACDI partners and customers at acd-inc.com.
