Tuesday, June 17

The 2025 BTA National Conference will kick off at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, with a welcoming reception that will include tethered hot-air balloon rides and great opportunities for networking.

Wednesday, June 18

The second day of the conference will begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by opening comments and the first main-stage session, a keynote address by Pro Football Hall of Fame running back, speaker and entrepreneur Emmitt Smith. After the keynote, a break will be held, giving attendees time to visit with the exhibiting sponsors and their peers. At 11 a.m., attendees can choose take part in one of three breakout sessions. After the breakouts, lunch will be held until 1 p.m. After lunch, the second main-stage session, a keynote address by John Bruno, president and COO of Xerox Corp., will be held. Following the second keynote, attendees will have more time to visit with exhibitors and their peers, followed by the second set of breakouts. After the breakouts, the educational portion of the day will wrap up with the third main-stage session, a dealer panel. To end the first day, attendees will enjoy a rodeo and food trucks from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Stables at Tamaya.

Thursday, June 19

The third day will begin at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by opening comments and exhibit time. At 9 a.m., the fourth main-stage session will be held, followed by additional exhibit time and the final main-stage session. The event will conclude with closing comments and exhibitor prize drawings until 11:45 a.m. On Thursday afternoon, attendees can choose to play a round of golf at the Tamaya's Twin Warriors Golf Club for an additional fee.
